Nina Sorelle is a Partner with over 25 years of public accounting experience. She is licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration - Summa Cum Laude - from Glassboro State College (currently Rowan University). In 1996, Ms. Sorelle received a Certificate of Educational Achievement in Governmental Accounting and Auditing from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Nina is also a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and AICPA Forensic and Valuation Services Division.    Experience :: Ms. Sorelle's career includes extensive experience with audits of health care agencies; private schools; other not-for-profit organizations; and governmental entities, including municipalities, school districts, and authorities; with an emphasis on audits conducted in accordance with Government Auditing Standards and the Single Audit Act.    In addition to her responsibilities within the firm, Nina provides peer review and consulting services to other CPA firms. She has performed technical reviews for CPA's continuing professional education courses in accounting for and auditing of not-for-profit organizations and performing Single Audits. Ms. Sorelle has also served as instructor for several courses for the New Jersey Society of CPAs.    Membership in Professional and Civic Organizations :: Ms. Sorelle is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA), the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Health Care Financial Management Association, the Tax Division of the AICPA, and the Peer Review Executive Committee (PREC) of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Sorelle formerly served as Chair of the PREC and has also served as a member of the AICPA Peer Review Board. In the community, Ms. Sorelle currently serves on the Board of Directors and Financial Management Committee of the United Way of Gloucester County and has previously been actively involved with Rotary and the Girl Scouts. She lives in Mickleton, New Jersey, with her husband, Joseph.
