David C. Rollison is a Partner with over thirty-five years of experience in the Governmental Services Department of the Firm. His areas of expertise are in the governmental consulting and auditing of counties, municipalities, authorities, school districts and special districts of the State of New Jersey. He is licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant, Registered Municipal Accountant and Public School Accountant. Mr. Rollison earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Saint Joseph’s University in 1976.
Experience :: Mr. Rollison is currently Partner-in-Charge regarding the engagement of one county, five municipalities, three school districts, five authorities, five fire districts and various other special governmental engagements. His responsibilities have also included, but not limited to, assistance to clients regarding financial compliance issues, various debt issuance matters, etc. Mr. Rollison is also licensed as a Municipal Chief Financial Officer as well as a County Fiscal Officer.
Membership in Professional and Civic Organizations :: Mr. Rollison is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, where he did serve as a member of the Governmental Accounting and Auditing Committee, the Registered Municipal Accountants' Association of New Jersey, where he formerly served as an officer, the New Jersey County Finance Officer’s Association, and lastly, is a member of the New Jersey Government Finance Officer's Association. In the community, Mr. Rollison is a member of the Salem County Chamber of Commerce.
He resides in Mullica Hill with his wife Maria.
